So what to do when you have an over abundance of summer squash and blueberries??? Why bake bread of course. So off to the pantry for supplies. Wheatgerm, wheat flour, walnuts, flax seed, eggs, applesauce and yogurt and you end up with my version of zucchini bread...only thing is that there is no zucchini in it. O well delicious non the less!!! This bread was so good that I gave it to Henry for breakfast.
